Companies identified as True Blue Businesses deliver quality goods and services while demonstrating a strong commitment to their customers, employees, and the community. They act with honesty and integrity, are “true blue” and loyal to the people they serve, and often go the extra mile. In short, they are the companies that Dallas-Fort Worth can count on.

True Blue Businesses are approved based on information obtained through comprehensive interviews and research. The evaluation process involves input from principles, officers, management, employees, and customers to determine a company’s ability to consistently demonstrate the following:

    • honesty and integrity in day-to-day dealings with customers, in the management of employees, in interactions with the community;
    • responsiveness in resolving customer complaints, handling employee matters, and adapting to changing market conditions;
    • and goodwill toward customers, employees, and the community.

In a letter to Inspire Financial Group’s employees, Korbin explained that the company was invited to apply for the True Blue recognition program after being recognized in the 2011 Five Star Wealth Manager program published in Texas Monthly in August 2011.
