Rockwall Urgent Care offering free athletic physicals

If your child needs a sports’ physical for school or camp, you don’t want to miss the free clinic dates at Rockwall Urgent Care.

ROCKWALL, TX (April 21, 2014) Thousands of students across the Rockwall/Heath/Royse City area will need an athletic physical for school sports or summer camp. Rockwall Urgent Care offers them seven days a week for $25. However, on several dates in April and May, Rockwall Urgent Care will provide FREE sports physicals during regular clinic hours.

The schedule for Rockwall Urgent Care’s FREE physicals’ clinic is as follows:

Wednesday, April 23, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

Wednesday, April 30, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

Wednesday, May 7, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

Saturday, May 10, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

Wednesday, May 14, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.

You may print off the required athletic physicals’ form from the Rockwall ISD website, or the clinic will have extras on hand, as well.

Rockwall Urgent Care is open 7 days a week, as follows:

Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday 12-6 p.m.
