Modern Woodmen regional director looks to expand team

(September 1, 2014) Shey T. Stegall, previously a managing partner in the Texas North region, was appointed regional director of the Texas North Central region on Aug. 1. He began his career with Modern Woodmen of America in 2011.

Stegall says the opportunity to become a regional director is exciting. His goal is to reach out and make a difference in more peoples’ lives. Modern Woodmen is a fraternal financial services organization which offers financial products and fraternal member benefits to individuals and families.

“I have been given an opportunity to make an impact in the Texas North Central Region with the individuals we bring into this great career. I know that my team can make a lasting difference in the local community,” said Stegall.

His charge is developing and expanding the Texas North Central region. Stegall believes he has the opportunity to take advantage of the growing population and offer the best possible service to members. He plans to recreate prior success with Modern Woodmen by bringing on hardworking individuals to assist him along the way.

“I’m looking for individuals who possess an entrepreneurial spirit matched with a servant’s heart, who also desires to establish themselves as a pillar in the community,” said Stegall.

For those interested in leadership positions, the Pathway to Leadership Program gives qualified candidates the opportunity to follow a well-defined path to leadership roles.
