ROCKWALL, TX (October 31, 2014) A premier exhibit and silent auction of the American Folk Art Carvings of Clifton Smith will be at the Artists Gallery on the Square, 102 S. Goliad in Rockwall, from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1. It features the caricatures of western figures carved in pieces as small as chess players and some that are 12 inches tall – a delightful collection of Americana.
Come by for wine and cheese and the opportunity to bid on these amazing pieces.
The net proceeds will be divided between Mr. Smith’s widow and a donation to Scottish Rite’s Hospital in Madison Spoto’s name.
