Event includes one mile fun run/walk
(ROCKWALL, TX – May 6, 2015) The entire community is encouraged to attend the Family Health & Fitness Expo from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 27 at Nebbie Williams Elementary School, 350 Dalton Road in Rockwall.
Rockwall Running Center will start the evening with a one mile fun run/walk at 6. Register online by Tuesday, May 19 to receive a free T-shirt.
There will be free blood pressure and BMI screenings, along with nutrition and CPR information. Learn self defense, see tae kwon do demonstrations and visit with local healthy lifestyle vendors and providers, including Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall, Rockwall Crossing Orthodontics, White Tiger Tae Kwon Do, Camp Gladiator, Dr West of Lakeside Allergy, Rockwall High School, Doc’s Body Shop, Texas Health Physicians Group, Dr Stark (addressing youth concussions), Rockwall Lacrosse and Rockwall Running Center. t Healthy Choices Cookbooks will be available for $8.
