(HEATH, TX – May 22, 2015) It was a fire engine Red Letter Day for Preston Lucas and Will Ragland of Amy Parks-Heath Elementary today! They were winners of the Hour with a Heath Hero package offered during the recent PTO Silent Auction fundraiser.

The prize included riding in the fire truck, touring the DPS headquarters, and eating lunch with the police/firefighter/EMT officers in their command room. School Resource Officer Dee Brumit and Officer Brandon Seery organized the auction prize, and Chief Terry Garrett gave the final “ok” for the fire truck ride!
