City of Rockwall to spray for mosquitoes week of July 20

(ROCKWALL, TX – July 7, 2015) Based upon the recommendation of the City Health Official, the City of‪ Rockwall staff is initiating a comprehensive Mosquito Abatement Program consisting of fogging & treating stagnant bodies of water with larvicide.

Beginning the week of July 20th, City crews will begin fogging streets between the hours of 11pm & 5am. For a detailed map of when your neighborhood that will be treated go to www.rockwall.com/mosquito.asp.

Currently no confirmed cases of West Nile Virus have been found within the City of Rockwall to date.

If you would like to request that your residence not be sprayed please call (972) 771-7761. If you have requested not to be fogged in the past, please call to update.
