ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX. (July 21, 2015) The Rockwall County Newcomers and Friend Club recently elected officers for 2015-2016.
Officers are: President Robyn Liane, 1st Vice President/Programs Mary Thacker, 2nd Vice President/Membership Barbara Bowman, Treasurer Audrey Baxley, and Secretary Jo Anderson.
The first luncheon meeting of the new year will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 10th at Occasions at Stone River in Royce City. The social organization provides a social outlet for women who live in Rockwall County. The Club welcomes new residents and women who have lived in Rockwall County for many years. The club has groups that meet for bunco, book club, gardening, art, canasta and Mah-jongg, just to name a few.
