ROCKWALL,TX. (August 7, 2015) Volunteers from First Baptist Church-Rockwall recently celebrated the conclusion of their first year in the English as a Second Language (ESL) outreach program. Because of the program’s success, classes will be offered to adults beginning September 1, 2015.
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced ESL classes will run from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Tuesdays at First Baptist Church-Rockwall, 610 S. Goliad.
Registration is open August 18 and August 25 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at First Baptist Church-Rockwall. Registration fee is $5.00 Textbooks may be bought for an additional $25. Childcare is available for $1.00 per family during the class times.
“Our ESL Volunteers are eager to have returning and new students from the Lake Ray Hubbard area. The teachers feel so appreciated and build a strong bond with the students”, says Lou Crouch, ESL Director.
