(ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX – August 27, 2015) Advanced fashion students in Mrs. Durst’s class began the school year at Rockwall-Heath High School with a team-building project to create a recycled redesigned dress. The only materials allowed were newspaper, plastic utensils, tape and paint.
