Congressman Ratcliffe receives key pro-life endorsements

Texas Right to Life and National Right to Life throw full support behind Ratcliffe’s re-election

(ROCKWALL, TX – Feb. 8, 2016) Texas Right to Life and National Right to Life have endorsed Congressman John Ratcliffe for re-election. Ratcliffe is grateful for the recognition of his unwavering commitment to protecting life. “The right to life, an inalienable right given by God, must be protected at all costs,” said Ratcliffe.  “Over the past year, I’ve helped lead the charge in Congress on pro-life issues, and am very appreciative of the support from these groups.”

Texas Right to Life, the oldest, largest, and only statewide pro-life organization in Texas, voiced its support by saying:

“Texas Right to Life PAC is confident in Congressman Ratcliffe’s commitment to protect ALL Texans – from tiny, preborn babies and pregnant moms, to vulnerable patients who are victimized by life-ending health care decisions made without their consent.”

Citing Congressman Ratcliffe’s voting record which includes supporting the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act and the No Taxpayer Money for Abortion Act, National Right to Life endorsed him for re-election by stating:

“National Right to Life believes that all voters who are concerned with the right to life and with the protection of the most vulnerable members of the human family should vote to return [Congressman Ratcliffe] to Congress, so that [he] can continue to work to advance vital pro-life policies.”

Congressman Ratcliffe took a strong, principled stance in Congress by refusing to fund Planned Parenthood at every possible voting opportunity.  Heritage Action has rated him the most conservative representative from the State of Texas.  The Texas Republican Primary takes place on March 1st with early voting beginning on February 16th.  For more information, please visit http://ratcliffeforcongress.com.
