Rockwall Women’s League seeks grant requests

(ROCKWALL, TX – Feb. 9, 2016) Rockwall Women’s League is now accepting grant requests from non-profit agencies that provide services to Rockwall County. The deadline for submission is April 1, 2016.

Proceeds from the Rockwall Women’s League annual fundraising charity ball will be used to provide grants to area not-for-profit organizations and scholarships for Rockwall County high school seniors. Last year, RWL awarded $46,000 to area organizations and $84,000 in scholarships.

This year’s charity ball, “Believe,” will be held April 9, 2016 at the Renaissance Hotel in Dallas. To contribute or attend, contact Jessica Grundelman at 469-644-9864.

To be considered for a grant request, organizations must be tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Grant requests should include the following details:
