Rockwall area trial attorney has big adventures, small town values

(ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX – April 14, 2016) Tim Hartley may be well-known throughout the community as a successful trial attorney who continually gives back to his hometown; he’s active in the Rockwall Rotary, serves as Chairman of the Rockwall County Republican Party, and he’s a member of the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce. But did you know that this Baylor University graduate majored in French and was once a professional steer wrestler?

Along with his proven track record as a criminal defense attorney, the long-time Heath resident is also into fly fishing, CrossFit training, and Snowcat skiing (yes, I had to google that; and it’s defined as backcountry skiing or boarding, accessed by a snowcat or helicopter rather than a lift). When asked what he’s most passionate about, he says, “My relationship with JC.”

Tim is happily married to his beautiful wife, Alison, and has three dogs and four horses. He says if he could retire anywhere in the world, it would be in Montana. On a typical weekend, you’ll probably find him on his Skaag mower or listening to his favorite music, which includes George Strait and James Taylor – that is, if he’s not busy preparing for trial.

Located at 1010 W. Ralph Hall Parkway, Suite 100 in Rockwall, Tim’s law offices handle criminal law cases including felony and misdemeanor offenses, DWIs, DUIs, drug offenses, juvenile crimes, probation violations, traffic violations, white collar crime, personal injury, automobile accidents, dog bites, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases. Most importantly, his clients report that he cares as much about them as individuals, as he does about their case.

Should you or someone you love need legal help, Tim can be reached at 469.338.4707 or .
