Rockwall Community Playhouse presents ‘A Grand Night for Singing’

(ROCKWALL, TX — Aug. 26, 2016) Rockwall Community Playhouse presents A Grand Night for Singing, a musical composed of beloved Rodgers & Hammerstein hits. Performances: September 16-18, 23-25, and October 1-2. Tickets are available on-line at rockwallcommunityplayhouse.com, by calling 972-722-3399 or at the box office 30 minutes before showtime. Friday and Saturday shows start at 8pm with Sunday matinees at 2pm. RCP is located at 609 E. Rusk, just 2 blocks off the Square in downtown Rockwall.

RCP Fall Mini Children’s Workshop
Rockwall Community Playhouse Fall Mini Children’s Workshop, for children in grades 1-5 will hold registration on September 8th at 4:30pm. Elena Bianco will direct Not-So-Grimm Fairy Tales with rehearsals on Thursday from 4:30-6:30pm and performances November 12th at 7pm and November 13th at 2pm. The mini workshop for children in grades 6-8, She Wrote, Died, Then Wrote Some More, will be directed by Monica Phillips. Registration will be held on September 6th at 4:30pm. Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 4:30-6:30pm with performances November 13th at 4:30pm and 7pm. RCP is located at 609 E. Rusk, just 2 blocks off the Square in downtown Rockwall. Miracle on 34th Street Auditions
Rockwall Community Playhouse is holding auditions for Miracle on 34th Street on September 24th at 1pm and September 25th at 6:30pm. Please bring a headshot or recent photo and be prepared to sing the first verse of the song We Wish You A Merry Christmas. Adults and children are needed and are requested to bring a 1-minute monologue which can be memorized or read. RCP is located at 609 E. Rusk, just 2 blocks off the Square in downtown Rockwall.
