Rockwall County Bar Association Board Members Kenda Culpepper, Sol Villansana and David Mallard welcome former WFAA News Anchor Gloria Campos as moderator of the Candidates' Forum.

(ROCKWALL, TX — Oct. 6, 2016) The Rockwall County Bar Association welcomed former  WFAA-TV Channel 8 News Anchor Gloria Campos as the moderator for its 2016 Candidates’ Forum yesterday held at the Rockwall County Courthouse (1111 East Yellow Jacket Ln). Candidates seeking public office in the upcoming general election in November answered questions on various topics from Campos, and the public in attendance was also invited to submit questions for the candidates during the “town hall” style forum. Candidates in attendance included the following:

Cody Wommack (L) – U.S. House of Representatives, District 4;
Justin Holland (R), Karen Jacobs (D), and Rick Donaldson (L) – Texas House of Representatives, District 33;
Judge Mark Russo (R) and Tim Wells (D) – Rockwall Justice of the Peace, Place 3;
Amanda Rudolph (D) and Keven Ellis (R) – State Board of Education, District 9;
Justice Lana Myers (R) – Texas Fifth Court of Appeals, Seat 4; and,
Justice David Schenck (R) and Judge Dennise Garcia (D) – Texas Fifth Court of Appeals, Seat 7.
