No only will Dr. Villarreal help honor RCRW scholarship winners, he will speak about his first year not only as the Superintendent but as a new member of Rockwall County. What has he learned about Rockwall ISD and Rockwall County, the highlights, the low lights and where he envisions we will be in a year from now.
