(ROCKWALL, TX – Nov. 7, 2017) Sheila is a sweet little Chihuahua mix who may have some Dachshund in her. We’re calling her a chi-weenie dog. She is loving and sweet and gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home. She is also great with the 10 year old boy in her foster home.
