Rockwall-Heath Cheerleader of the Week: Logan Davis

Rockwall-Heath Cheerleader of the Week: Logan Davis

(HEATH, TX — September 10, 2018) Logan Elizabeth Davis is a Senior Co-Head Cheerleader this year at Rockwall Heath High School.

Logan has been participating and competing in cheer for many years. Her love of cheer began as a second grader, when she began cheering with the HHCA cheer organization in Heath. Since that time, she has cheered fo Cheer Athletics, Cain Middle School, and Heath High School. Logan has won several awards for cheer, including 2 time NCA All-American, Miss 100%, Best Base, and Best Flyer. Logan says her biggest honor has been being a part of the 2018 NCA National Championship team from RHHS, as well as being named Co-Head Cheerleader for her team.

In addition to cheerleading, Logan has a talent for music. Singing, playing the guitar, and playing the piano are some of Logan’s favorite hobbies. Logan is also an accomplished gymnast, beginning at age 4 with Texas Elite Gymnastics Academy, where she was the Yellow Rose Level 3 State Champion and Metroplex Challenge Level 3 Champion. She continued to compete for Cain Middle School through 8th grade, winning the 1st place All Around spot on two different occasions. Logan has also served as VBS helper/volunteer for Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, and models for TeamLeader, a cheer uniform company. Logan is currently employed by Carmel Car Wash in Rockwall, where she spent most of her Summer shining up cars.

Logan is looking forward to attending college next Fall at one of our great state universities, Texas A&M, Stephen F. Austin or Texas Tech University, where she will study Nursing. Logan has dreamed of being a Nurse since she was young, and has always known that would be her chosen field.

Logan’s parents, Olen “Bubba” and Kristi Davis, along with her older sister Delaney, younger brother Elliott, and younger sister, Katherine, as well as her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins wish to express their love and pride for the steadfast, kindhearted and thoughtful young woman Logan has become. We have no doubt that Logan will continue to make us proud and will share her talents with others in the years to come, making the world a little brighter with her beautiful smile.

We wish Logan the best as she begins her last year as a Heath Hawk!
