Citizens Associated for Responsible Gun Ownership to host public meeting Feb 13

ROCKWALL (February 12, 2014) CARGO Rockwall (Citizens Associated For Responsible Gun Ownership) will conduct its monthly meeting on Thursday, February 13 at Soulman’s BBQ in Rockwall. The meeting is open to the public and begins at 6 p.m.  Topics to be discussed include WWII small arms of the Soviet Army and what to do after you defend yourself with a firearm.
