‘Clean Comedy Night’ at the Improv

Nationally known comedian Al Fike will headline a “Clean Comedy Night” 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29 at the Addison Improv. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 each, plus a two-item minimum food or beverage purchase. A special two-for-one code is available on his website at alfike.com. Other comics scheduled to appear include Jason Earls, Scott Smyer and Kristin Weber.
 
Fike, a Richardson resident, specializes in presenting professional comedy shows that are entertaining, yet clean enough for the whole family. He has performed with the late Bob Hope, Lee Greenwood and many others. He’s appeared on national television, and recorded many comedy albums. He is the author of “The Ultimate Self-Help Book: 31 Days in Proverbs.”  As part of his act, Fike plays guitar, banjo, his hands and even a handsaw.  He’s living proof that God has a sense of humor.
