The Friends of Rockwall County Library April luncheon will be 11:00am Tuesday, April 10 at the Rockwall County Library, 1215 E. Yellow Jacket Lane. The program will be “The Tale of a Book” by Mary DuMuth, local author of almost 40 books. The program/luncheon cost will be $20. The February Friends of the Rockwall Library luncheon will be held on Valentines Day, February 14, 11:00am in the Community Room of the Library at 1215 E. Yellowjacket Lane. The speaker will be Jill Rumbley Beam, a locally popular Event Management Professional and Seniors Recreation Programmer for the Rowlett Parks and Rec Dept., who will speak on “You’re Not Getting Older, You’re Getting Better”.

Friends of the Rockwall Library is hosting a brunch and Holiday fashion show fundraiser Tuesday, November 15 at 10:30 am in the Community Room of the County Library, 1215 E. Yellow Jacket Lane. Tickets may also be purchased at the September 13 and October 11 Friends of the Library lunch meetings. Models will be Friends of the Library members, and music will be provided by Larry Petty.
