Rockwall County Sheriff Harold Eavenson invites the community to an Open House event held at the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office (972 TL Townsend Dr.) on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 10AM to 3PM. Sheriff Eavenson, Sheriff’s Posse, and staff will provide a show and tell on utilized equipment and explain the mission of the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office. Guests can also enjoy tours of the Sheriff’s Office and Detention Center throughout the event, as well as food and refreshments.
Come out to the annual Rockwall Fire Department Open House this Saturday, Oct. 13, from 9AM-2PM! This FREE family-friendly event at Rockwall Fire Station #2 (920 Rockwall Pkwy) includes food, fun and fire safety tips for your home and family. There will be live demonstrations, face painting, inflatable kid zone, hamburgers, and cupcakes! The Class of 2018 Information Hubs were placed in three non-profits throughout the community. The Leadership Rockwall Class of 2018, along with each Organization, invites you to an Open House to view the Information Hubs.
The Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County will host an Open House from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 1350 E. Washington St., featuring light refreshments and tour.
Award-winning art photographer Bob Chilton of Rockwall will host a Holiday Open House and Gallery Sale from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15 at Rockwall’s Uptown Downtown Art Gallery, 301 N. San Jacinto.
During the event, Chilton will showcase his soon to be released Artistic Cell Phone Photography Video and The Lightness of Darkness Artistic Photography book.
Attendees will have the opportunity to shop for the holidays as Chilton offers many of his noted signed artwork at a special holiday price reduction.Chilton will be accepting pre-orders for his limited edition signed copies of his upcoming artistic photography book, The Lightness of Darkness.
