ROCKWALL, TX (May 21, 2014) The recent black belt testing at Phoenix Martial Arts in Rockwall resulted in six promotions. Allen Smith and Gary Jones, owners of Phoenix, are proud of the accomplishments of all those testing. They look forward to more black belt tests in future, from the group of colored belts currently in training.
