Republican businesswoman announces candidacy for Precinct 3C Chair in Rockwall County

Rockwall, Texas- Today, Cindy Horne, a Republican businesswoman, former educator, army spouse and mother of three announces her candidacy for Precinct 3C Chair of the Republican Party in Rockwall, Texas. Cindy has previously served on dozens of Republican campaigns across the nation.

“Service has always been important to me and ensuring that our shared conservative values are represented in the Rockwall Republican Party is a mission for which I think I am uniquely qualified,” said Cindy Horne. “Over the past two decades I have worked on numerous campaigns across the country fighting to ensure that Republican leaders are elected to office. Being elected as Chair of Precinct 3C in Rockwall will be a continuation of my years of service to the Republican Party and I am eager to put my time and talents to good use.”
