(Rockwall) November 1, 2012 – The Rockwall Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Rockwall Friendship Baptist Church with a ribbon cutting ceremony on October 30.
This is an exciting time for Pastor Shanon and Mrs Thomas who founded the church in 2004. The church’s initial services were held in Pullen Elementary School cafeteria with a membership of five and has grown into 10,000 square foot location with approximately 300 members and eight independent ministries.
The church is actively involved in the community, supporting a host of charitable events and activities.
Rockwall Friendship Baptist Church is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention of Texas.
