(Rowlett) Join local business leaders, friends and neighbors for the 21st Annual Rowlett Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic, a fundraising celebration benefiting economic development efforts, education initiatives and other Chamber programs for the Rowlett community.
Everyone is eligible to participate in the Shotgun Scramble, which begins at noon Thursday, Sept. 22 at Waterview Golf Club, 9509 Waterview Parkway in Rowlett.
Registration begins at 11 a.m. Participants will enjoy a light lunch provided by Chick-fil-A. Kyoto Japanese Steak House will provide dinner.
Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place teams. The Chamber will also conduct a raffle for everything from gift certificates from local merchants to golf clubs like the TaylorMade R11 Driver, the Odyssey two-ball putter, the Cleveland CG15 Black Pearl with zip grooves, and the cGregor RESPONSE putter with advanced roll control.
Donations are being accepted. To donate, click here. Raffle prizes and goodie bag items must be delivered to the Chamber, 3910 Main St. in Rowlett, by Monday, Sept. 12.
