Baylor hosts women’s health day across Metroplex

The Baylor Health Care System will host a free health and wellness day – For Women For Life– from 7:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 28 at various locations across the Metroplex.Moms, daughters, and sisters are encouraged to join with girlfriends to take advantage of this once-a-year event that includes health screenings, demos and informative presentations on bone density, breast health, cholesterol, glucose screenings, weight, lung function, skin cancer and sleep apnea.Locations include Carrollton, Dallas, Fort Worth, Garland, Grapevine (event full), Irving, Plano, and Waxahachie.For more information, call 1-800-4BAYLOR or register here For Women For Life.To submit your news and events for publication, email editor@BlueRibbonNews.com.
