(December 17, 2012) Members of Girl Scout Troop 783 from Richardson met at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Rowlett Thursday to present gifts collected for the Shriners Hospital for Children 2012 Toy Drive.
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, located at 5701 George Bush Turnpike, Suite 110, has not only been serving up great food, but served as a popular donation site for the toy drive.
The Scouts spearheaded the successful toy drive under the leadership of Sandy Smith and Tricia Rebish.
