ROCKWALL, TX (July 28, 2014) Roles are available for Rockwall Community Playhouse‘s presentation of RUMORS. The production will open the 20th season at Rockwall Community Playhouse, located at 609 E. Rusk St. in Rockwall.
Auditions will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 9 and Sunday, August 10 at RCP.
Roles are available for five women and five men:
Chris Gorman (f) 30 – 40 upper middle class and high-strung
Ken Gorman (m) 40 – 50 professional well-groomed and high-strung
Claire Ganz (f) 30 – 40 yuppyish Westchester housewife type
Lennie Ganz (m) 30 – 50 not the smartest, but very likeable, comedic timing essential
Cookie Cusack (f) 40 – 50 gaudy dresser, very dramatic, physical comedy
Ernie Cusack (m) 40 – 55 psychologist, wants everyone to be happy
Cassie Cooper (f) 25 – 40 neurotic, overly excitable
Glenn Cooper (m) 30 – 50 businessman with political ambitions
Officer Pudney (f) 20 – 30 no nonsense type
Officer Welch (m) 30 – 50 imposing burly type
Performances will be September 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28 and October 3, 4 and 5. Friday and Saturday shows are at 8 p.m. and Sunday shows are at 2 p.m.
