Honda Cars of Rockwall recognized as Top Dealership for Customer Service

ROCKWALL, TX (January 20, 2015) – Honda Cars of Rockwall has been recognized as North Texas’ number one Honda car dealership for customer service. Honda Cars of Rockwall has not only the honor of calling themselves top dealership in North Texas but also in the United States – placing in the top ten dealerships for customer service in the nation.

Dealerships are ranked by what is called Customer Service Index or CSI for short. This rating is based upon randomly administered customer surveys and the answers they provide. Questions asked range from overall experience down to the details of dealership amenities. The questions target the mechanic’s work, the maintenance quality, cost versus estimate, and even wait time for required parts. With all of these factors in play, Honda Cars of Rockwall scored an unbelievable 96 percent.  The average score of the area’s surrounding dealerships was 89.8 percent.

Mike Chouteau, owner of Honda Cars of Rockwall believes the customer experience begins at the top.

“We do it so much, we don’t even think about it anymore”, said Rusty Boles, service manager. “One time we even went out to a customer’s house and cleaned their garage floor from an oil leak”.
