As Vice President of Partnership Engagement, Burkey will continue to be responsible for the Chamber & Visitors Center marketing and communication strategy and sales-related functions, including sales engineering. She is responsible for the website and partnership directory and buyers guide, as well as overseeing the weekly and monthly partner communications.

The revised and improved sponsorship and marketing programs have helped to support the sales organization designed to fuel growth for the foreseeable future. While there will always be new challenges to overcome, I am thrilled with the progress she has made and our recent financial results speak to those accomplishments.”

This approach has quickly improved and identified new revenue streams based on innovative approaches while offering a better promotional approach to our members. Darby is also exploring new partnerships that can help us expand our marketing and networking opportunities,” said Donna Roland, Vice President, Operations.

Darby has 15 years of small business experience where she was responsible for Marketing & Sales and Event Management that prepares her well for her new multifaceted role. Darby is a graduate of University of North Texas where she received a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Management.

Please join the Chamber in congratulating Darby on this new role.
