(ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX – March 12, 2017) Sixteen Rockwall-Heath HS DECA students recently competed at a state competition and three will advance to DECA’s ICDC (International Career and Development Conference) being held in Anaheim, California this April where they will join 12,000 world-wide competitors.
Zimri Ramos advanced for Fashion Merchandising Promotion Plan and Josh Hunter and Erin Kinsey advanced for Marketing Management Team Decision Making.
Two students were awarded as ‘Top 14 in the State of Texas’ for their event. They are considered the ICDC Alternate should the team advancing in their category not be able to go. The alternates are Luke Cheves and Madeleine Miller for their Entrepreneurship Innovation Plan.
