Lone Star CASA adds record number of new volunteers

(ROCKWALL, TX – Nov. 15, 2018) On November 14th, Judge Brett Hall swore in the largest class of Lone Star CASA volunteers to date.  Volunteers not only complete 30+ hours of online and classroom training but observe court, tour a CPS office and visit a children’s emergency shelter.

Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age, pass background checks and be able to make a year commitment to a child.  For more information on becoming a CASA volunteer, visit:  www.lonestarcasa.org.
