ESL Students Collect Food for Helping Hands

(ROCKWALL, TX — January 2, 2019) The English as Second Language (ESL) Level 2 students recently collected non-perishable food items to help restock the shelves at Helping Hands after the holiday food rush. The class, led by Britten Echols and Susan Bryson, elected to support the local community food bank as a Christmas project. This class is one of the many GED, Citizenship, and ESL programs provided by the Rockwall County Library under the Adult Literacy Program.

This group meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10-12 in the Rockwall County Library. All classes will resume after the holidays on January 8th, 2019. Please see Carol Cease for more information on these programs.
