(ROCKWALL, TX — February 6, 2019) Friends of the Rockwall Library will host a Mad Hatter’s Tea Tuesday, March 26, 2:00 pm at the Rockwall County Library Community Room, 1215 E. Yellow Jacket. The program will feature Brad Ackland who will sing sentimental oldies. The public is invited.
