(ROCKWALL, TX – Feb. 13, 2019) Grant Jordan, a Pullen Elementary School sixth-grade student, is the winner of the 2019 Rockwall County Spelling Bee.
The runner up was Isabella Ruffo, a 7th grader from H.E.A.R. of Rockwall.
