Young Artists Encouraged to Participate in Rowlett Arts & Humanities Exhibit

(ROWLETT, TX – Feb. 20, 2019) The Rowlett Arts and Humanities Commission invites young artists, Kindergarten through 12th grade (public, private and home-schooled students), to participate in the 2019 Arts and Humanities Commission Young Artists Exhibit. The Commission’s goal is to recognize talented young local artists and their art teachers.

The Young Artists Exhibit gives kids the positive reinforcement and encouragement they need, for many this event is an important opportunity to display their art work. It helps to validate them as developing artists, and helps parents and community members to be more aware of visual arts programs in our schools.

Artwork will be on display from March 25 through April 26, 2019 in the City’s Annex Building. For more information, please visit https://bit.ly/2V75EkV
