(ROCKWALL, TX — August 29, 2019) Want to improve your English, get your GED, become a U.S. Citizen?
Rockwall County Library Reading for Adults (RFA) Literacy Program offers FREE educational classes including:
- English as a Second Language (ESL)
- GED Studies and Preparation
- S. Citizenship Preparation
- Adult Literacy Studies
With an enrollment of 300 students, RFA has convenient class schedules, including weekday mornings and select evening classes. Our tutors are local volunteers (experience is not a requirement – we provide free training) and there is no fee for the program classes. There is a small fee for the books.
