Rockwall LULAC and Partners to Host Free Citizenship Workshop Sept. 28

(ROCKWALL, TX – Sept. 10, 2019) Rockwall County LULAC and collaborative partners First United Methodist Church Rockwall and Light of Hope Immigration Law Center of Plano will offer a citizenship application workshop Saturday, September 28 to inform the community regarding the naturalization process, and assist eligible people to apply for US Citizenship.

In addition, they are looking for volunteers to assist people in filling out the citizenship application form, under the Light of Hope Immigration Law Center supervision. No prior experience is necessary to volunteer at a citizenship workshop, all help is welcome so if anyone would like to volunteer to greet people at the door or donate water for the event. please do! The workshop will take place from 2 pm to 5 pm. Volunteers will need to attend a one-hour training session on September 26.
