Rockwall Breakfast Rotary Partners With Black Hawks Robotics

(ROCKWALL, TX — November 6, 2019) The Rockwall Breakfast Rotary is pleased to partner with the Rockwall-Heath High School Black Hawks Robotics Team as they assist with the placing of U.S. flags for holidays each year.

These brilliant young people are led by Gene Burton College and Career Academy teacher, Leslie Reese. This year they advanced to world competition levels, competing against robotic teams from around the world, and came home with the prestigious Second Place Award in the world in this event. Kudos from Rockwall Breakfast Rotary!

The Breakfast Rotary Club supports the Black Hawk team by compensating them for their efforts in their community patriotic flag program. All proceeds from this program are turned back into the Rockwall community to help organizations like the Black Hawk team, as well as providing scholarships and leadership training for High School youth and providing winter coats each year for kids that otherwise could not afford them.

Breakfast Rotary’s flag program covers seven holidays each year. If you haven’t registered for your holiday flag yet, go to www.rockwallbreakfastrotary.com and click the Stars & Stripes link.
