Unopposed, Constable Randy Earl Parks looks forward to another four years serving Rockwall County

Constable Randy Parks recently announced his run for re-election for Precinct Four Rockwall County in the Republican primary election in March 2020. In a statement issued to Blue Ribbon News, Constable Parks said that even though he is unopposed, he wants to let his voters know that he is excited about running for another four years and representing them in Precinct 4, Rockwall County.

Parks said that he will continue being a hard working Constable dedicated to helping making Rockwall County a safe place to live and raise a family. His goal is still to provide dedicated, professional, unbiased public safety to citizens, and to serve civil papers and warrants in a professional manner. He will continue to back up all police agencies in Rockwall County.

Constable Parks is a member of the Texas Justice of the Peace and Constables Association of Texas.  He is a past Fire Investigator and assistant Fire Marshall with the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office, past Executive Assistant for the Rockwall County Judge’s Office, past Bailiff for the Rockwall County Court, and past Emergency Management Coordinator for Rockwall County. He was awarded the Sheriff’s Commendation Bar in 2015 from the Rockwall Sheriff’s Office for his heroic and lifesaving acts.

Constable Parks has been recognized by the Texas Senate, Texas House, Rockwall County Commissioners Court, and the Rockwall County District Attorney’s Office for outstanding performance while serving the citizens of Rockwall County.  He was awarded the Constable of the Year Award from the State of Texas Justices of the Peace and Constables Association of Texas for 2014-2015.
