(ROCKWALL, TX — January 15, 2018) Nebbie Williams Elementary School had three 6th grade Orchestra students, under the leadership of Shari Allison, audition for the Rockwall ISD All-City Orchestra on Saturday, January 6, 2018. They auditioned against over 100 other students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades throughout the district. Wesley Nelson placed 16th in Violin, Brad Binns placed 1st for Alternate Cello, and Noah Whitehouse placed 1st for Alternate Viola.
