(ROCKWALL, TX — Feb. 28, 2017) On Saturday, May 20, Rockwall Old Town Shoppes will host the 2nd Annual Corks & Canvas. The public is invited to stroll through the downtown district and enjoy artwork by local artists from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also on tap, live jazz music during the day and a wine tasting from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at participating merchants. Coinciding with Corks & Canvas, the City’s Founders Day Festival will take place at Harry Myers Park, five blocks east of the downtown square. A complimentary shuttle service is slated from noon to 5 p.m.
