GLOW RUN benefiting Women in Need June 3

(ROCKWALL, TX — May, 25, 2017) Help Rockwall light up the night and shine a light on domestic violence 5thannual GLOW RUN for the WIN, presented by The Branch Law Firm, Betsy Branch and Ryan Branch.

Women In Need (WIN) will host their 5th annual GLOW RUN for the WIN at the Harry Meyers Park-Spray Park Pavilion. The goal of this exciting event is to bring awareness to the issues and complexities associated with Domestic Violence. Illumination works in many ways at WIN’s 5K Glow Run. First, runners will blaze the trail at dusk, clad in neon and glow sticks, creating a parade of luminescence as they charge towards the finish line. This nighttime journey is designed to shed light upon Domestic Violence; with proceeds benefiting WIN’s Mission to provide free services, such as: 24-hour Crisis Hotlines, Counseling, Legal Advocacy and Prevention Programs. The chip-timed race by Rockwall Running Center features a slew of awards — including prizes for Top Finishers and accolades for most creative use of glow sticks and neon—and concludes with an after-race Glow Party.
