(GARLAND, TX — August 2, 2017) Pirates & Pixie Dust Parties and Boutique (425 Coneflower Drive) was joined by the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce to commemorate its opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Firewheel Town Center. The dedication took place on Aug. 1 at 1:20pm.
The project was intended to offer parents and guardians the opportunity to have perfect, hassle-free parties and events.
