(Update: Le Dîner en Blanc – Dallas is now sold out. Phase 3 opened last week and closed within minutes as the last of 2400 available spots were claimed.)
(DALLAS, TX – September 14, 2017) Thousands of guests dressed in head-to-toe white will gather at rallying points across the Metroplex on the evening of Friday, Oct. 6, 2017. Guided by Diner en Blanc volunteers, these groups will then be whisked off on a chartered bus to one of the city’s most iconic settings. Guests will attend the coveted pop-up dinner party at a mysterious location.
“We are thrilled by the excitement Dallas has for this event,” says Rachael Kissel, co-host of Le Diner en Blanc – Dallas and co-owner of RK Meetings & Events.
Over the course of the evening, Dîner en Blanc guests will dine under the stars and enjoy live music, entertainment, and dancing. Expect the traditional napkin wave and a surprise light-up-the-night moment. Afterwards guests will pack up their belongings, pick up all their litter, and head back into the night, leaving no sign of their evening behind, except for their footprints.
Le Dîner en Blanc – Dallas 2016 attracted over 2,200 cultural enthusiasts for a memorable evening at Dallas City Hall. The 2015 inaugural event hosted 1,800 guests at Ronald Kirk Bridge (formally known as the Continental Avenue Pedestrian Bridge), with the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge as its stunning backdrop. Both years the location was successfully kept secret until guests arrived.
Le Dîner en Blanc – Dallas gratefully acknowledges Southwest Airlines as the returning platinum sponsor, as well as Evian Badoit as national partner of the 2017 edition of Le Dîner en Blanc in Dallas.
