Charity Bake Sale for In-Sync Exotics aims for $200,000

(DALLAS, TX — December 6, 2017) The 10th Charity Bake Sale benefiting In-Sync Exotics is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 11, in the lobby of the Premier Place (Merrill Lynch) building from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm or sell-out, whichever comes first. 100% of the proceeds will go to In-Sync Exotics of Wylie, Texas.

The previous nine events have raised over $191,000 for In-Sync Exotics, and the bakers hope to surpass the $200,000 milestone by raising $30,000 this year. In-Sync Exotics is a 501(c)3 charity organization established in 2000 that rescues unwanted, neglected and abused exotic cats. They currently have over 75 cats in residence at their Wylie sanctuary, including tigers, lions, a cheetah, lynx, bobcats, leopards, servals, an ocelot and cougars. Two lemurs also call the sanctuary home.

The event will feature a variety of handmade items, most priced at $3 or $5. Each will be ready for holiday gift-giving with individually-labeled packaging. In addition to favorites from previous years, this year’s sale will again feature a selection of gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free items. Handcrafted gifts will also be available for sale, including several special limited edition items.

The Charity Bake Sale is organized by the employees of a Premier Place tenant; Venable Royalty, Ltd. The day’s sales are matched dollar for dollar by Venable Royalty. Anyone interested in matching the sales or obtaining more information can email the group at kittybakesale@hotmail.com.

Premier Place is located at 5910 North Central Expressway in Dallas, on the north side of Mockingbird Station.
