(ROCKWALL, TX — December 7, 2018) The Rockwall Noon Rotary welcomed Anna Campbell and James Broughton as new members to the club during its meeting on Thursday, Dec. 6.

She also served as a coordinator for the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) Program for 11 years. She currently serves as vice president of programs for the Rockwall Women’s League, and as president of the Rockwall County Hispanic Republican Club.

Broughton, who works as a financial advisor, moved his family from Chicago, Illinois to Fate, Texas a few years ago.

“We’re so excited to be apart of this community,” Broughton said. “I’m also excited to be a part of the Rockwall Noon Rotary, which cares about and invests in their community.”
