Rockwall Breakfast Rotary Welcomes The Bucket Ministry

(ROCKWALL, TX — April 9, 2019) The Rockwall Breakfast Rotary was pleased to host Christopher Beth, Jeff Waters and Alan Park at their April 9th meeting. Christopher founded The Bucket Ministry in 2014. This is a ministry that literally transforms the lives of third world villages overnight.

They began in the Amazon, taking the first 80 clean water filters to the people who, for generations, have had only the river water to drink and, as a result, have many water borne diseases. The filter which The Bucket Ministry provides will supply fresh water for a household for 20 years for a cost of $50.00. Their ministry includes placing, educating, follow-up and tracking the progress of the filters at each household. They also provide medication that eliminates the internal parasites that these people live with and die with prematurely. In 2018 they installed over 8,300 filters in villages around the world. Their filter is a perfect answer to clean water for places where drilling for water is not practical.

The Bucket Ministry has a dual purpose as Christian missionaries. They are making a tremendous difference in the physical lives of entire villages and through that, they are able to share God’s love among these people and provide Bibles for them.
