Kyle Blemings is a senior at Rockwall-Heath High and graduates in the top 10 percent of his class. He is a four-year member of the Heath Hawks cross country team and enjoys volunteering on his church’s media team.
Kyle will be attending UT Tyler in the fall as a recipient of the Presidential Fellows scholarship.
